My name is Rick Hamilton and have an interest in art.
I enjoy putting paint brush to a canvas to see what I am going to create. I work mostly in Acrylic Medium but have done some painting in oil and also water color. I prefer Acrylic because of the quick drying time. I do mostly landscapes around where I live here on Lake Huron, but also have done some from the travels we have done. Started doing paintings of models but from pictures. I also enjoy this and developing my art with a wider scope.
Over the last year I have been painting more and developing my talent further. I like to push the boundaries to see if I can do it. Sometimes I fail, but from this I still learn and move on from the experience. I try to paint everyday and produce at least one new painting a week.
