How to get the EU Digital COVID Certificate
The EU Digital COVID Certificate will be issued by local health authorities in all of the participating states. EU citizens can request theirs at the institution where they receive their vaccination or COVID test.
Third-country nationals who wish to travel using the EU Digital COVID Certificate should request it through a participating country which they plan to visit.
